Building Hours
The building is open 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The building is closed on Sundays, as well as most major holidays.

Services

Our on-site property management team is available 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday or anytime a building emergency occurs. Call us at (206) 386-2400 to request maintenance and janitorial services or to inquire about leasing opportunities.

Safety

Our property management team has developed a variety of plans and measures to ensure your safety in case of fire, earthquake or other possible threat. Contact the property management office at (206) 386-2400 or refer to the Emergency Response Manual to find out what to do.

Security

Our security officers are on duty 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekends.
