Services
Our on-site property management team is available 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday or anytime a building emergency occurs. Call us at (206) 744-6526
to request maintenance and janitorial services, or use our online work order

Note: online work order system requires authentication. Call the property management office for initial account setup.
Safety
Our property management team has developed a variety of plans and measures to ensure your safety in case
of fire, earthquake or other possible threat. Contact the property management office at (206) 744-6526 or

Security
The security desk, located in the main lobby, is staffed 24 hours, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m.
to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The Loading Dock Security Office is staffed with officers 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. Security officers monitor the fire and life safety systems throughout the building and conduct
regular patrols of the premises.
