LEED Properties
In addition to developing buildings to LEED standards, Wright Runstad & Company has pursued LEED certifications for existing buildings within our development portfolio and buildings we manage for other owners. Two buildings achieved Gold ratings in the LEED EB: O&M category and two buildings achieved Platinum certification. We anticipate our LEED certifications, of both managed and developed buildings, to total ten (10) by the end of 2011, with one (1) Silver, seven (7) Gold, and two (2) Platinum.
