World Trade Center North, a 133,177 square foot, five-story office building, was the third and final building developed in the World Trade Center complex. Located a block east of the Port of Seattle's Bell Street Pier, the building offers views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains.

The World Trade Center North building includes a 359-space parking garage that links with the north end of the 653-space Bell Street Pier parking garage.

The building was completed in May 2000 and is leased to TeleCommunication Systems, Pacific Market International, and Stratos.
