The 123,570 square foot Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU) is a state of the art office facility near the edge of the Capitol Campus in Olympia, Washington. The building houses WSECU's headquarters, administrative functions, and flagship branch.

The building's exterior is designed with a combination of scale and detail that is sensitive to the mixed use and historic character of the neighborhood. A sense of quality and attention to detail is evident in the building's lobby and public spaces. A small amount of parking is available within the building.

The building's floor plan features an efficient core that houses elevators, building systems, rest rooms, private offices and support areas. The remainder of the floor is open, affording maximum flexibility and efficiency for furniture system layouts. This allows for maximum daylight and views throughout the tenant areas.

The exterior walls contain low E technologically advanced glazing systems, that allow a large amount of natural light to penetrate the space. The building's systems utilize outside air to the maximum extent possible.
