State Employees Credit Union (WSECU) is a state of the art office
facility near the edge of the Capitol Campus in Olympia, Washington. The building
houses WSECU's headquarters and administrative functions.
The building's exterior is designed with a combination of scale and detail that
is sensitive to the mixed use and historic character of the neighborhood. A
sense of quality and attention to detail is evident in the building’s lobby
and public spaces. A small amount of parking is available within the building.
The building’s floor plan features an efficient core that houses elevators,
building systems, rest rooms and can accommodate tenant offices and support areas.
This leaves the remainder of the floor free, affording maximum flexibility and
efficiency for furniture system layouts or private offices. The exterior walls
contain low E technologically advanced glazing systems, that allow a large
