The 292,171 square foot Chinook Building, located on Goat Hill, features a 13-story
office building, with a day care center and retail space on the main level and two
levels of below grade parking containing 87 stalls. A separate nine-story garage,

Incorporated into the building design is an inviting pedestrian concourse which
connects, as a hill climb assist, Fifth Avenue to the new parking garage located
