President

Greg Johnson is the President of Wright Runstad & Company.

Based in Seattle, Washington, Wright Runstad & Company develops, acquires, manages and leases high-quality commercial office buildings and mixed-use properties throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Wright Runstad & Company has developed over 16 million square feet of office space over its nearly 40-year history and is a leader in sustainable development and operations, with over 4 million square feet that is LEED certified or pending certification.  It is currently redeveloping the University of Washington’s Husky Stadium and has more than 3 million square feet of transit-oriented development in the planning stages.  The company’s current management portfolio contains over 5.6 million square feet in 16 properties.

Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.  He serves as a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and sits on its Governance Committee and is Past Chair of ULI’s Seattle District Council.  Greg also serves on the Boards of the Bellevue Downtown Association and the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. Greg is also the Past Chair of the Advisory Board of the Runstad Center for Real Estate at the University of Washington.
