Hotel Project Manager, Headquarters
Responsible for executing and/or managing all aspects of the hotel project development process. As Wright Runstad & Company’s (WRC’s) primary representative, they will direct and oversee: continuation of final design; construction of the core and shell; permitting; design and construction of interiors; project commissioning and early operations. Building Engineer, Redmond and Bellevue Properties
Responsible for assisting in the effective, efficient and continuous operation and improvement of all building mechanical and electrical systems. Examples of specific responsibilities include: performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, responding to building-related emergency calls from tenants, owners, or security personnel(including after-hours), maintaining professional communications with contractors, tenants, and property management team, supervise vendors and contractors and assist in project cost tracking. Staff Accountant, 1201 Third Avenue
Responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and some special projects. Examples of specific responsibilities include: a/r – daily input & posting of cash receipts, bank deposits, journal entries, monthly lease management system records maintenance, tenant invoicing and payment monitoring, a/r reporting; a/p – twice monthly invoice coding through payment, respond to vendor inquiries, monthly bank reconciliations; g/l - record general journal entries, prepare and record month-end closing entries, reconcile general ledger accounts as necessary; reporting – maintain files of all accounting group records, calculate management fees; special projects – lease administration, prepare sections of the annual budget, ad hoc analysis and projects.
