The 130,000 square foot Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU) is currently designed to be a state of the art office facility near the edge of the Capitol Campus in Olympia, Washington. The building will house WSECU's headquarters and administrative functions.

The building’s exterior is designed with a combination of scale and detail that will be sensitive to the mixed use and historic character of the neighborhood. A sense of quality and attention to detail will be evident in the building’s lobby and public spaces. A small amount of parking will be available within the building.

The building’s floor plan will feature an efficient core that houses elevators, building systems, rest rooms and can accommodate tenant offices and support areas. This will leave the remainder of the floor free, affording maximum flexibility and efficiency for furniture system layouts or private offices. The exterior walls will contain low E technologically advanced glazing systems, that will allow a large amount of natural light to penetrate the space. The building’s systems will utilize outside air to the maximum extent possible. Good lighting and generous amounts of fresh air, combined with good physical design, will create a pleasant and productive environment for building occupants.
