Runstad & Company is currently developing its fourth skyscraper in downtown Bellevue. City Center
Plaza, at 26-stories and 583,307 square feet, will be one of the
region’s most advanced office buildings, offering tenants large
and flexible floor plans and advanced mechanical and electrical
systems. This architecturally distinct tower rises above the
center of downtown Bellevue and offers stunning views of Lake Washington,
the Cascade Mountains, and Mt. Rainier.
