Runstad & Company is an investment builder with a highly skilled
staff to manage the entire real estate development process for projects
in which we hold an investment interest. Under select circumstances
where the firm's direct investment is not feasible, such as build
to suit projects for government or corporate users, Wright Runstad
& Company will deploy its development management staff and methods
for the benefit of other owners. In all cases, whether developing
on our own account or on behalf of others, our approach is the same:
