FAQ is designed to help you access the WR&C Intranet and Email more efficiently.
Why do I need ot input a username and password?
The Intranet and our Email system is designed to be accessed by employees only.
What format do I need to use for my username and password?
You need to input the network domain and a backslash (\) before your network username.
The network domain is wrcnet, so the format is wrcnet\username.
The password is the one you input when you log on to your computer in the office.
What is available to me through these links?
These are links to the WR&C Intranet site and Email, through Outlook Web Access.
Can I get to network drives from these links?
No - you need to have an internet connection and be connected through a VPN program.
Contact the I.T. Department if you need to connect to network drives while you are out
of the office and they can get you set up with a VPN connection.
