This 47-story, six-sided tower, formerly known as the First Interstate Center, is situated diagonally on a full block in a prime downtown Seattle location. Double-glazed windows of grey glass offset the Spring Rose polished granite exterior. This building's three-level outdoor plaza is one of downtown Seattle's finest gathering places.
