Valarie Tomey

Valarie Tomey is responsible for supporting and overseeing the operation and performance of Wright Runstad & Company's property portfolio spanning Seattle, Redmond, Tumwater and Boise. She is also responsible for the overall management and administration of the Washington Mutual Tower.

Val's exposure to the Seattle real estate industry is broad and wide, dating back to 1990. Her professional background includes Trammell Crow Company, The Norman Company, Kennedy Associates, and most recently as a partner with Sage Real Estate Strategies. Her experience includes overall management, leasing, and administration of Class A high-rise buildings, asset management of development projects as well as real estate consulting and outsourcing for larger corporations.

Val likes to combine her passion for travel with her love for charity work. As a member of Habitat for Humanity, she participated in home build projects in India, Poland, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan, and Bulgaria. Other volunteer projects include a peace center in Ireland and an orphanage in Romania.

Val achieved her CPM designation in 1992 and is working towards a CCIM designation.
