Diane Undi-Haga
Vice President - Project Development

Diane will have primary responsibility for the development of significant company projects from conception through design development, entitlements, financing, construction through completion, and tenant move-in.  Diane’s LEED design expertise will play a key role in her project development oversight.

Diane has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and utilizes a proactive approach to construction management.  Past experience includes Tenant Improvements Project Manager with Lease Crutcher Lewis, Project Manager, Special Projects Division with McCarthy Construction, and Project Manager, Special Projects Division with Westin Hotels. 

Diane’s projects with Wright Runstad & Company include ODS Tower (398,412 sf) in Portland, Oregon, Key Center (472,000 sf) in Bellevue, Washington, Redmond City Hall (113,068 sf) in Redmond, Washington and City Center Plaza (583,307 sf) in Bellevue, Washington.

Diane earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration in 1980 from Washington State University.
